Terrence M. Pegula
President and CEO
Terrence Pegula, is the founder of East Resources, Inc. and has held the position of President, CEO, and sole shareholder since the company’s inception in 1983. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and has over 35 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Prior to founding East, he gained experience employed by Getty Oil Co. and Felmont Oil Corp. in Victoria, Houston and Midland, Texas as a drilling, production and reservoir engineer. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he returned to the northeast and founded East Resources, Inc., building it into one of the largest independent oil and natural gas companies in the Appalachian Basin.

William A. Fustos
Chief Operating Officer
William A. Fustos, was named Chief Operating Officer in 2002 from his previous position as Vice-President of Operations. A native of Pittsburgh, Fustos has a B.S. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Texaco, Delta Drilling, Kerr McGee and Shawmut, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. His responsibilities include all drilling, completion, production, marketing, and financial aspects of the company.

Robert H. Long
Executive Vice-President
Robert H. Long, has served as Vice-President for East since its inception in 1983. Long, a graduate of The State University of New York in 1973 with a degree in Civil Engineering and Surveying, oversees the land and leasing department. He is also responsible for all well site location and construction, pipeline construction and well permitting. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he has vast knowledge of this area, and has gained the respect and trust of many landowners regionally.

Daryl A. Sobol
Controller
Daryl A. Sobol joined East in 2000 as the Controller. He supervises the daily activities of the accounting department as well as preparation and filing of all corporate and partnership tax returns. He also works with lenders, compiling annual company audit reports. He is involved in the financial research and analysis of all company mergers and acquisitions and brings to East over 15 years of accounting and financial experience as well as a law degree from Duquesne University’s School of Law.

Jared Hall
Operations Manager, Pennsylvania/New York
Jared Hall joined East in 2004 and was promoted to Operations Manger in June of 2006. His duties include managing the drilling, and completion and production of all East’s operations in New York and Pennsylvania. Hall graduated with a Petroleum Engineering degree from Marietta College in 2000. His past experience includes serving as a drilling and production engineer with Marathon Oil Co. in the Permian Basin, Rocky Mountain Region and the Gulf of Mexico. He returned to Pennsylvania to raise his family and travels extensively throughout the region, overseeing the production of 2,000 wells in two states as well as a drilling program that drills 200-300 wells per year.

Phil Ondrusek
Production Manager, West Virginia
Phil Ondrusek, joined East in February of 2000. In his current position as Production Manager, Ondrusek is responsible for the production of approximately 1,000 wells in West Virginia and all of our production operations in West Virginia. From his prior employment with Pennzoil, Ondrusek also has extensive experience with fluids systems in East’s waterfloods, and supervises approximately 50 employees in West Virginia. He has a B.S. in Biology from St. Francis College and a M.S. in Microbiology from St. Bonaventure University.

Roger Heldman
Drilling and Completion Manager, West Virginia
Roger Heldman is a 1977 graduate of Marietta College with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. He was employed by Pennzoil in 1978 as a Petroleum Engineer and continued with East in 2000 with their purchase of the Pennzoil assets. He serves as the Drilling and Completion Manager, responsible for the supervision of approximately 100 wells a year in West Virginia.

Dave Drennon
Pipeline & Utility Manager, West Virginia
Dave Drennon has 26 years of experience in West Virginia gas operations, and has been with East since 2000. Before joining East, Drennon was with Pennzoil for over 18 years. He is responsible for the management of East’s gas pipeline and utility operations in West Virginia. This includes over 900 miles of gas gathering pipelines, 25 compressor stations, and construction of a liquids plant. Drennon also manages East’s Utility Division which consists of 5,000 residential and commercial customers across 21 counties of western West Virginia. Drennon supervises over 50 professional, technical, supervisory and field personnel, and is responsible for all gas contract administration as well as pipeline replacement and new construction. Drennon graduated in 1980 from Glenville State College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

Paul J. Dudenas
Senior Petroleum Engineer
Paul J. Dudenas grew up in Western Pennsylvania, attended The Pennsylvania State University and obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1973 and 1984, respectively. He began working for Amoco Production Co. and was involved in Amoco’s Oriskany and Tuscarora gas exploration and development programs in Pennsylvania during the 1970’s and 1980’s. He has more than 35 years experience in the U.S. and internationally, primarily in the area of reservoir engineering. He joined East in 2002 and currently is responsible for reservoir engineering studies including reserve evaluations, production forecasts, waterflood and enhanced oil recovery design and development.

John P. Sieminski
General Counsel
John P. Sieminski joined East in 2008 as General Counsel after spending over seventeen years in private law practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His duties include reviewing and counseling management on all legal matters involving the company. He received a B.A. in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a juris doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
